The fine print
How packs work
Packs last 12 months (day-pass and punch passes) or 6 months (youth). A credit comes back if you cancel at least 24 hours before. Packs can be used by anyone at the same email address, including for a group of four reservations.
Refunds
Packs aren’t refundable, but if you move away we’ll gladly transfer credits to a friend. Ask at the front desk.
Membership and pack questions
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Freeze it for up to three months a year for travel or injury, at no cost. Cancel any time at the front desk. No contract and no cancellation fee.
Is yoga included in a membership?
Climber’s Yoga is free for members. Come on Monday evenings or Friday mornings. It isn’t part of a day pass, but it can be paid with a punch pass.
Do class packs expire?
Day-pass and punch packs last 12 months; the youth pack lasts 6 months. They belong to your email address, so there’s no account and no app. Each reservation or class sign-up uses one credit, and a reservation for four uses four.
Not sure yet? Come climb once.
Book a free 20-minute tour and a host will show you around and help you pick between a day pass, a pack and a membership.
