We respect your privacy. This page explains what information this website and our gym collect and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you reserve a climb, sign up for a class, book an appointment, buy a pack or a product, sign a waiver, join the newsletter or send a message, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, emergency contact and, for children, their name and date of birth. We use them only to run your booking or order, send confirmations and reminders, and reply to you. We never sell your information.
Waivers
When you sign a waiver, we keep the wording you agreed to, your signature, the date and time and the page you signed on, so we can show it if we need to. We also email you a copy. We don’t ask about your health. We keep signed waivers for the number of years the law asks us to.
Payments
Payments for packs, classes, appointments and shop orders are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
The newsletter
If you join “Route-setting updates” we send you a short email a couple of times a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
Information collected automatically
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.
Photos
We sometimes post photos of classes and events. We won’t use a photo that shows a child’s face with a full name, and we’ll remove a photo of you on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time. Email hello@basecampclimbing.com or call the front desk.
