Pickup and shipping
Choose pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is at the front desk, usually the same day. We hold orders 14 days. Shipping is $9 anywhere in the US, free over $100. Colorado sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Returns
Unused gear in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Shoes you only tried on at the shop can be exchanged within 14 days. Passes, gift cards and rental packs aren’t refundable.
Shop questions
Can I return climbing shoes?
If you only tried them on at the shop, yes, within 14 days for another size. If you’ve climbed in them, we can’t take them back, so try them on in the shop first. We’re glad to help you find the right size.
Can I pick up an online order at the gym?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout, and we’ll email you when it’s ready at the front desk, usually the same day. Orders are held 14 days. Shipping is $9, free over $100.
